1. Agreement

By using www.noxe.agency or our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Consulting, strategy, operational support. Deliverables agreed in writing.

3. Eligibility

• Must be 18+
• Information must be accurate and lawful

4. Confidentiality

Both parties keep non-public information confidential.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your content remains yours
• NOXE owns frameworks, strategies, materials
• Licence granted for duration of engagement

6. Payments

• Fees/revenue shares as per signed agreement
• Invoices payable as specified
• Late payment may suspend services

7. Non-Solicitation

No soliciting NOXE staff/contractors/talent during or 12 months post-engagement.

8. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect/consequential loss
• Capped at fees paid in past 12 months
• No guarantee of specific results

9. Compliance

You must comply with GDPR, IP, safeguarding laws.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Obligations before termination remain.

11. Governing Law

England & Wales law applies. Disputes resolved in UK courts.
